Sales tax is charge to residents of Virginia Commonwealth.


All items, except custom orders, can be returned or exchanged if you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at gail@hailefinephotography.com , describe your problem or issue, and we will do our best to resolve it immediately. All items must be returned in “New” unused condition with original packaging, to generate a refund.

We will provide a reimbursement of the return delivery cost for damaged work. To process the claim we need proof of the damage for insurance purposes and a receipt for the return delivery cost. We request that you return your damaged package to us using your local postal service.

Any damage to the exterior packaging or to the items inside must be documented with pictures and sent to us. Please make a note of any damage on the regular mail carrier Delivery Confirmation Form before signing for receipt of the delivery. If your item is lost during shipment; we need to wait until the maximum delivery time has expired.

Credits will be made to the credit card used for the purchase.

By accessing, using and/or submitting material (including comments) to Haile Fine Photography, you agree to abide by these terms of service, including any modifications that may occur to the terms in the future. All modifications will be posted here on this page.  All content published on Haile Fine Photography becomes the property of Haile Fine Photography and Gail Haile.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Haile Fine Photography and Haile Fine Art websites (“HFP” and “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information HFP collects on the Site, how it is used, and your options with respect to its use. In General. The information you provide is used to process transactions, improve HFP products and services, and to communicate with you as needed. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business and servicing customers and visitors, such as our payment processing system and email marketing service. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. HFP does not and will not share your personal information with unrelated third parties, ever.

Personally Identifying Information.

In order for you to make purchases from the Site, we collect your name, address, email address, phone number(s). No credit card details are collected as this is handled directly by a third party. This data is shared with our third party transaction processor(s).

In order to sign up for our mailing list you are required to submit your name and email address. This mailing list data is shared with our email service processor(s).

You also may submit comments to the HFP blog, which submission may contain personally identifiable information. HFP may also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on its blog.

Non-Personally Identifying Information.

Like most website operators, HFP collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. HFP’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the Site, through tools such at Google Analytics.

You agree that neither HFP nor Gail Haile is responsible for any intercepted information shared through the Site without our knowledge or permission and you release Haile Fine Photography and Gail Haile from claims arising out of or related to the use of such information.

Website Links. This Site may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the information practices or privacy policies of any other website.  If you decide to access any other website that may be linked to or from HFP you should consult that website’s privacy policy.

Cookies. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Site uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of the Site, and their access preferences.
